Shipping Policy
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
All orders are processed on Tuesdays & Saturdays.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
Shipment could be faster or slower depending on customs, shipping restrictions due to Corona pandemic etc.

Our items are shipped with Deutsche Post and Hermes (for US customer). If you would like a specific shipping company, please contact us.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping times, from item being shipped
Normal Shipping
Netherland, Belgium, Germany – 3 to 5 days
Europe – 1 to 2 weeks
World – 2 to 4 weeks
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
MemoriaObbscuraCouture is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
MemoriaObscuraCouture is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
Our Right of Withdrawl provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
For shipments from abroad that cannot be delivered to the customer and come back to us, we must charge a fee of CHF 14.39; with which we are burdened by Deutsche Post and Hermes. Please ensure that your address is correct and that your parcel can be delivered.
